
I was introduced to Pilates over 20 years ago at dance college. It guided me towards a better understanding of my body and enhanced my performance.
I'd encourage anybody to try Pilates. Whether you lead an active lifestyle or not, Pilates will challenge the way you think about exercise and the way you move in everyday life. At first, you'll feel the benefit. Then, with time, you'll notice the improvement in your posture, tone, flexibility, strength and well-being.

Body Control Pilates is recognised as a world-leading education provider for Pilates teaching. I'll be teaching a comprehensive programme of exercises that are adapted from the 'classical' exercises developed by Joseph Pilates. His classical exercises have been broken down to establish a foundation of good movement skills for all abilities. The exercises progress you safely and effectively towards the classical, more advanced work. Over time, you'll be moving with a clear understanding of the BCP fundamentals:
